Christopher October 2017 - United Kingdom The villas were private and well furnished. There was an immaculate level of detail at the villa and all of the staff were lovely. Breakfast was served at our chosen time each morning and the village itself is nice and quiet whilst being very close to the main tourist spots.

Rene - Norway We stayed in Mathios luxury villas for almost a week . That week we had a celebration of our wedding and a lot of stress . Konstantinos, the landlord , helped us so much with everything ! Picking up the phone at any time of the day , booking the boat last minute for 30 people , letting a car to us in 10 minutes , sending a transfer at any time of the day to pick up our guests and basically sorting out everything that we didn't have time on . The place itself is new , beautiful view , everything is made up to a high standard , even the bed sheets and towels are of a very good quality . All the stuff is friendly and they do whatever you wish .Me and my husband are really happy with the stay and highly recommend the villa . Also , whatever is your plan on the island , Konstantinos can help you with all kinds of stuff , starting from the wedding arrangements to restaurant recommendations, massage , suggestions for the best sunset view and all you could possible think about . Each morning at the appointed hour an employee stood ready with our breakfast. Our cottage was cleaned daily, it was a total experience. We love discovery, so explore the island itself but advise them anyway you like with all the activities on the island. We have huge slept well, quiet area, nice and dark, pleasant ... long ago so delicious sleep. Netflix present in each bedroom. We all had our own place, we walked together not for the feet. Not to mention ... diving into the water ... every morning ... before bed ... Santorini & Costas, you guys were awesome!

We booked our flights and stays in all the places we wanted to visit in Greece, except for Santorini. We could not find any accommodations. We were beginning to get very worried and sad. We actually found an airbnb, and last minute ,the host never confirmed and cancelled us the moment we got on our plane to Athens. Luckily, I had messaged a few other hosts. Kostas was our savior, the owner of Mathios Luxury Homes. He messaged us and told us not to worry he would save us a villa. At first we were reluctant, speaking to a man we did not know, on messenger, from a country we had never visited. He was such an honest kind man that saw our frustration and worry that he held the villa without a credit card. Now our magical experience begins...Upon arrival in Santorini he had his private car pick is up, it was a short pleasant breathtaking ride. We arrived at his hotel to meet such a kind, honest, warm, loving individual. He told us he felt our warmth and honesty through the phone and that he knew he could trust us. From there he proceeded to guide us on the honeymoon of our dreams. He gave us all the information we needed to know about the entire island, what to do and not to do, eat and not to eat. He even sent us to his special restaurants and locations that greeted and treated us like family. Him and his staff made our 7 days IN Santorini the most magical experience ever. Now the villa has no words to describe it besides PERFECT!!!the location is amazing, you don't have the loud crowded towns like Oia and Fira, it a village with locals and tourists and everything is close, you can get anywhere on the Island in car between 10-25 min (traffic depending). The villa was honey and luxuriously comfortable. Everything was so clean, well kept and new. All white and marble inside and u felt like you were in one of the stone caves on the Island. The best areas were the rooftop deck and pool deck. We stayed put there for hours with wine, cheese and music, talking and taking in the views. Every morning we woke to a magnificent fresh breakfast that was brought to any location in the house by Vitalie and Violet, by far the friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever met. Se rinunciate alla prenotazione entro 21 giorni prima del vostro arrivo, siete in diritto a recuperare tutta la somma che avrete depositato.
Se la rinuncia avviene in un periodo inferiore ai 21 giorni precedenti l’arrivo, sarete tenuti a risarcire il 50% del prezzo giornaliero per camera in base al numero di pernottamenti che cancellerete.
In caso di mancata presentazione, siete tenuti al risarcimento dell’intero importo del soggiorno.
